An Urban Villa in central Zagreb which has been reconstructed with a new envelope and interior to provide a open and generous home to one family
Project incorporated building extension and a reconstruction of the existing house with a complete interior design and parcel organization. That consisted of the drive way and entrance, garage, pool and horticultural garden design. Amended glass hexahedron on the garden western side of the house has physically and functionally connected the basement and the ground floor; living area and dining room into a new common capacity with a pool view in the garden. Glass hexahedron is implemented as a structural façade made of SunGard glass. The timber cladding off-sets the glass components and creates a balanced and soft view of the house.
