Technical and financial supervision of construction works on Construction of Bioscience Incubation Centre – BIOCentreThe goal of this project was to ensure theme incubator that will provide necessary infrastructure and service for development of start-up companies in bio-science, as one of the priority investment fields required for economy growth of Croatia. Investinženjering provided technical and financial supervision of construction, mechanical and electrical works. Additionally, Investinženjering provided health and safety coordination services too.
Technical and financial supervision of construction works is provided bi GI. BIOCentre is a place where it will be able to able to rent laboratories, premium necessary equipment and other necessary facilities, same as require On the same necessary business information and professionally knowledge in the field of bio-science.
Construction of incubation centre for bio-sciences was financed by the IPA fund (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance) of the European Commission and the Croatian Government.
BIOCentre is located in the eastern part of the campus of the University of Zagreb.
The shape of object is hollow cylinder and extends to 5440,50 m2 gross area.
