Designed for U2, a tower of 60 meters will immediately create identity for arrival by boat and from the interior of the City. The Tower is designed with floor heights (with the exception of the top level which accommodates U2’s recording studio) to enable the developer to consider each floor either for Apartments or commercial function.

The North nib is fully glazed with winter garden type balconies with openable panels to provide “fresh air” option for the occupant.  The east side of the Tower carries all vertical circulation, service and infrastructure routes and thermal chimneys.  The west is fully glazed (floor to ceiling) with external “skin of chain-linked stainless steel mess (GKD GmbH). The glass is patinated with runes which are visible at night through the mesh. The virtual scripted curtain provides the “city face” of the tower.
