PBZ office building at Radnička cesta has 45.000 m2, of which interior design has been made for 30.000 m2. Studio A has provided complete project management service, electrical and mechanical networks design, monitoring of the project design elaboration and supervision control.
The design of the project was previously elaborated and it was the base for elaboration of technological, preliminary and working architectural design of interior and project designs of space organization, low and high current installations, generating unit and main IT center of PBZ with system hall.
Banks’ public areas, Amex branch office and PBZ Leasing office as well as customers reception and employees entrance are in the ground floor. Floors 5 to 8 accommodate banks’ specialized services offices, lecture rooms, meeting halls, restaurant with 90 seats and cafe. Working space of the administration is organized as the „open space“ with the central area used as a space for meetings, archive, communications and sanitary facilities. Managerial staff have the glass booths.
All furniture is specially designed for the project and manufactured by the craftsmen.
