Investinženjering d.o.o. signed a contract with the European Central Finance and Contracting Agency (hereinafter called “the Client”) for services of professional expertise on justified reasons for delay of works executed by the Works contract signed between the Client and company Strabag AG as the Contractor.

The contracted service includes professional expertise in form of Expert analysis, written Reports and Opinions on construction works executed by the Works contract, by identifying events and responsibilities on site, as based on the technical documentation (projects, construction book, construction log, various records etc.), Works contract and the documentation in connection with the dispute resolution proceeding “Time at Large” – initiated by the company Strabag AG in front of the contracting body for dispute resolution (DAB).

Deadline for execution of services of professional expertise, concluded by the written Report and professional expert’s Opinion must be delivered by Investinženjering d.o.o. not later than the middle of December 2012.
