Preliminary cost estimation services for the reconstruction of a Fortress

GI has been appointed to the project for a golf course and tourist facilities, as well as the reparation and reconstruction of the Fortress Imperial on Srđ , Dubrovnik which involves the budget and preliminary cost estimations for construction works on behalf of the client Razvoj Golf Ltd

Reconstruction and reparation of the Fortress Imperial is an extremely challenging project requiring considerable technical solutions for the remediation and preservation of existing structures, its conservation, as well as extensive and complementary architectural design for change of use and extension of the fortress to include a restaurant, shopping facilities and business facilities. The existing Museum of the Homeland War, as a symbolic place of Dubrovnik, is centre to this program and requires new spaces for the exhibits but also will provide an entrance to the future golf course and tourist facilities on Srđ as a whole.
