Engineering supervision of works on a distribution center

Engineering supervision of works at construction of logistics center in Perušić provided Lidl chain store with new 34.000m2 warehouse and administrative capacity for distribution of goods to Lidl stores in southern parts of Croatia.

Engineering supervision of works at logistics center Lidl Perušić situated in Lika in Entrepreneur zone Perušić in close proximity of Zagreb-Split Highway.

The center is divided into two parts: warehouse and office premises – as a separate building.

Warehouse dimensions are 256x124x12 m and it is divided into three parts: storage, cold storage and technical space. GI task was to supervise the building works at the site which included civil, mechanical and electrical works.
