Urban planning for Baška Voda 30.000m2 housing community project comprising settlement both for the visitor and incumbent community through a variety of residential units from the single house to a 3 unit villa, each having a garden and swimming pool.

Urban planning project is designed to both enhance and fit-into the existing environment the construction takes a typology and from the surroundings and has been designed in two versions.

VERSION 1 Expected number of housing units is 120. Community structure needs to be formatted to combine residential and multi-residential facilities according to SP Baška Voda. Average size of a housing unit is 140 m2 BRP.

VERSION 2 Expected number of housing units is 50. Community structure needs to be formatted from housing facilities with one or more housing units according to SP Baška Voda. Average size of a housing unit is 250m2.
