Engineering supervision of tunnel construction

Plasina Tunnel is located at 151th  km of  Zagreb – Split – Dubrovnik Highway at 540m above sea level. Tunnel Plasina has two tunnel tubes, with two traffic lanes each. Pipes are connected with 5 passages, 4 for pedestriansand 1 for vehicles. It is furnished with best quality tunnel performances and accessories ( ventilation, water supply, fire protection systems, video, electricity, telecommunication possibilities etc.). It was completed in 15 months with average daily progress of 7,5m.

In 2005 Plasina Tunnel was declared a 2nd Best Tunnel in Europe by  EuroTAP for its safety and quality.
