Rehabilitation of National Roads
GI acts as FIDIC engineer and provides supervision services on three sections of the national roads: Road D1 (Knin- Biskupija and Pađene – St. Straža) and Road D50 (Intersection Sv.Rok – Gračac), in the total length of 32,2 km.
Rehabilitation of mentioned sections other than road works (phase B / group 4) includes rehabilitation of four bridges, one tunnel and a large number of culverts.
Rehabilitation of two sections on State Road D1 is performed with cold recycling technology. Total quantity of planned cold recycling layer is 81.500 m2. Cold recycling technology uses existing road construction with additions of cement, bitumen and crouched stone material to create a new bearing course layer. Estimated amount of asphalt works is 109.000 m2.
Rehabilitation of State Road D50 is performed with construction of bearing course layer from mechanical compacted granulated stone material. Estimated amount of compacted granulated stone material that will be built in is 38.000 m3 and estimated amount of asphalt works is 161.500 m2.
