Pelješac Bridge

The 2,404 m long Pelješac Bridge is a strategic project for transport connections between the south of Croatia and the rest of the country.

Investinženjering performs the service of supervision over the production and AKZ of steel structures and piles in production plants, as well as part of the supervision over reinforced concrete works.

The construction of the mainland-Pelješac bridge will establish a strong road connection between all parts of Croatian territory. The bridge crosses the strait, where the depth of the sea at the deepest part is approximately 27.0 m.

The length of the bridge is 2,404 m, the height is 55 m, the width of the pavement is 22.5 m with 4 traffic lanes, it has 5 main spans with a width of 285 m. reinforced concrete sawmills (multi-span cable-stayed bridge). The total weight of the steel structure is 33,000 tons, and with auxiliary elements 34,000 tons.

The contractor is China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), and the end of all works on the bridge is expected at the end of 2021.

7/28/2021 the last segment of the steel structure of the bridge was installed, 18.6 m long and weighing 210 tons, the construction and protection of which was supervised by our engineers in the production facilities of CRBC in China.
