Engineering and financial supervision on the land parcel for the replacement building in Medvedgradska that had a total area of 308 m2. The planned building typology is residential with a height of 6 levels above ground and one basement level. There are ten residential units in total with two units per level. The fifth floor is designed as a roof level and all the levels are connected wit stairs and an elevator. Besides the elevator and stair cores the ground floor contains technical spaces, the rubbish collection area and six parking spots in the courtyard. The basement level, which is reached by a ramp, contains a garage with eight parking spots, tenant storage area and technical spaces.
